Custom Manufacturing of Fold Over Die Cut Bags for the Consumer Industry

At Belcorr Packaging (2005) Inc., we have outstanding capacity to produce high quality custom fold over bags with strong, heat sealed seams and integrated die cut handles, perfect for so many applications within the retail industry. The bags highlighted here represent one of the many types of projects we “handle” here on a daily basis.

By using a blend of low-density and linear low-density polyethylene, we were able to produce very strong bags from 1.5 mil thick material. Our high speed equipment allowed us to create the bags at high throughput rates for fast turnaround service. We carefully and continually monitored the fold registrations and heat seal strength to ensure the products met the client’s high standard of quality.

Constructed from opaque gold material, these bags featured finished dimensions of 15″ in length x 11″ in width. The 3″ fold over provided double-ply strength to the die cut handle, while the 3″ bottom gusset provided ample capacity for this consumer application. Packaging them 1000 per box allowed for easy handling and a plentiful supply at point of use.
