Custom Packaging Solutions for Food Storage

Food packaging is both an art and a science. As a major driver of product sales, the packaging must "speak" to the buyer as well as provide a practical solution for explaining and protecting the contents. With our many years of experience at Belcorr Packaging (2005) Inc. we have developed well-honed strategies for rapidly producing custom packaging solutions that meet an elevated standard of quality to help our customers gain a competitive edge.

For this project, we printed 2 mil thick polyethylene using an 8 color printing process to produce the vibrant, crisp, and colorful images to attract the shopper's eye. It featured dimensions of 7.5625" in width x 13.0" in overall length, which included a 1" sealed header and 1.5" wicket lip. We constructed the butterfly hang hole from 48g PET to ensure the package would not tear as the consumer removed the product from the display. Constant inspections for seal quality and print alignment guaranteed the integrity of all 100,000 units in this order.
