At Belcorr Packaging (2005) Inc., we welcome any challenge that allows us to stretch our capabilities. The custom printed poly bag highlighted within this section, demonstrates our ability to design and manufacture a large size, high quality zippered poly bag that provides a durable, convenient, and reusable transport and storage solution.
Based on the customer provided specifications, we chose a heavy duty 4-mil thick clear polyethylene as the material of construction to provide adequate strength & durability. Production activities included 2-color printing, forming the 18" x 24" poly bag, and applying 1.25" zipper seal. Throughout the entire process, we continually checked the alignment and registration of the printed material, tested the zipper closure to ensure it provided a tight seal from edge to edge, and measured to validate the dimensions were within the 1/8" tolerance limit.
